I enrolled for Sally’s elementary class in 2012 with the hope of being able to understand basic Bahasa Indonesia by the end of it. I found the lessons engaging and well-paced. Guru Sally ensured that the class remained interactive and that everyone was participative; this allowed my classmates and I to speak up more and to have the opportunity to converse in Bahasa Indonesia.Guru Sally is also an approachable teacher who welcomes any questions and I found it easy to have my doubts answered along the way. By the end of the course, I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to read and speak basic Bahasa Indonesia, and construct meaningful sentences.I recommend the elementary class to anyone who’s hoping to pick up the basics for the language.

Ibu Sally always goes that extra mile to make sure participants comprehend & enjoy the language and you can clearly see her passion as she had designed the course to include singing and loads of jokes.Though I was busy with work she would constantly encourage me to come back for remedial or make up classes so that I don’t lose out.Its is vital to know that the teacher is important in a students ability to pick up a new language, Ibu Sally is a perfect example of such a GURU!Thanks!
